The staff were very friendly and were very helpful when we had queries or questions. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. The beds were adjustable which was good & the feather pillows were excellant !

The rooms were nice but a bit on the small side. Also in the room we had, there was a gap at the bottom of the bathroom door which was a bit strange !

the service, pleasant welcome at the reception, eager to help and very friendly. very good buffet breakfast, quiet and pleasant room, had a large bed and in single rooms that is a rarity in Switzerland !

Very comfortable bed. Nespresso coffee machine was nice touch. Lots of electrical outlets, which is helpful!

Small room...very small bathroom with limited counter space.
