I had a quiet and confortable room in the centre of Zurich, which helped me make the most of my trip. The staff was polite and friendly, and helpful when needed(but I expected that at a 4* hotel). There was a tea and coffee machine in the room. I found it very expensive but I think those are the rates in a city like Zurich. The restaurant was very overpriced, especially the champagne-breakfast. I had a look at it but there were only cold dishes, for 28.frs!!!!!!! I always went out for breakfast. |

Good location, small relaxed hotel. Room was nice, staff were helpful Missing some basics that you would expect to be there - no parking, no copier, no printer, no business center, no meeting rooms. Could not keep the window open at night as the hotel is next to a very busy street and the level of noise is high even at 2-3 am. Also - very noisy air conditioning, I found out I could not rest well at night. |

Great hotel, the bathroom was awesome, the beds great, the location was perfect and close to everything and quiet. The room was very clean. After being gone for 25 days this was one of our two favorite hotels. Breakfast was expensive, but Europe is expensive now too. |

The staff were very friendly and were very helpful when we had queries or questions. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. The beds were adjustable which was good & the feather pillows were excellant ! The rooms were nice but a bit on the small side. Also in the room we had, there was a gap at the bottom of the bathroom door which was a bit strange ! |
