Nothing special, not bad as a 3 stars hotel in Zurich. The location is very good. Nothing is so bad. The prices in Switzerland are very high. |

Good spread of food for the breakfast. Helpful and responsive receptionists. Poor security - doors have no peep holes nor inside latch. On our last (5th) day of stay the key failed to open the door probably due to malfunctioning lock. Also bed mattresses are lumpy and pillows are flat - overall rather uncomfortable to sleep in. |

The free buffet breakfast was more than expected, and with a large selection of items. Location of hotel is great. You can walk to Bahnhofstrasse in less than 10 minutes. The double room with single bed was extremely small and cramped with minimal furnishings. Bathroom was clean and well kept. However, I would recommend you bring your own soap. (They only provide little one inch squares). |

Very clean, warm, friendly staff, quiet, great location. Good breakfast selection Room a little bit small. No tea/coffee making facilities and have to pay 3 chf for tea/coffee in lobby. |
