Reception staff were excellent. Room was lovely. Our room was very hot. Airconditioning did not seem to be working very well. |

The only positive point is the location and friendly staff. Air condition was very very bad, and we could not open the window since it is very noisy and room is to small also the WC is very small. one elevator was out of serves only one is operating. And the worst thing was the bed it was not comfortable at all. And the furniture was very cheap. In conclusion the maximum rate for this hotel is 2 stars. |

The location and the friendly staff. The restaurant in the cave is worth to visit. Very small room and bathroom. We think the hotel is too expensive for the size of the room. But this is probably valid for all hotels in Zürich. |

Not special There is unusual offer of the breakfast. Instead of the very high price of the hotel there is not breakfast bar. Everythink you wont to eat you have to pay partially. It is stupid. |

I liked the efficiency of the staff on reception desk and the Piano Bar, and also the central location of te hotel. I think the rates should be inclusive of breakfast |

proximity to train station and old town The hotel is lacking in charm, but staff were attentive and offered an upgraded room, which was appreciated. The dollar is weak, and Zurich is expensive. |

Central location. Air Con didnt work in room. Breakfast very basic given prices charged. No tea/coffee in room or in hotel lobby. No free internet in room. Room bit small for price 250 Fr per night compared to other city breaks we've been on. |

They did not have the room I booked available when I got there. Gave me a less desirable very small room at a slightly lower price. Gave me a coupon for a free breakfast but then charged me for breakfast upon checkout. Location is great but the value for room costs is not. |
