カペル橋も見える眺めのいい部屋を選んだので仕方ないかもしれませんが、それでも少し高いと思いました。 レセプションの後ろに、スタッフが事務をするデスクが向かい合わせになる形で配置されており、私たちがレセプションに入っていくと、顔を上げたスタッフと目が合いましたが、何事もなかったように目線を元にもどし、席を立とうともしませんでした。数秒後、白人男性がレセプションに入ってくる姿をみて、ほぼ同時にスタッフ2人とも席を立って、応対しようとし、白人男性の応対をしなかったほうのスタッフが、私たちに声をかけられ、仕方なく応対をし、４つ星ホテルにもかかわらず、ホスピタリティの意識は全くないホテルだと思いました。 |

The room that had a view of the lake .. the chocolate at night was a nice gesture :) The steps when u first enter the hotel r too high & there was no one to help , I had to lift all the way up. Also, the staff were not that friendly compared to other hotels! A suggestion, the balcony should have sth over it so that one can sit there even in the rain. |

Excellent location and river view were great. No outside sound (due to very well insulated windows) even when church bells were ringing across the river. The free slippers were a nice thought. Internet was free. Room does not have air conditioning and it got really hot/stuffy/dry during the night. Need to pull luggage up several steps from outside hotel to reception area. |

We loved the balcony and the position of the hotel. Good food in the restaurant too. The tap on the wash hand basin in the bathroom was quite impractical for washing your face etc. Also the airconditioning was not very effective as the curtains hung in front of the unit. |

This has been thoroughly enjoyable - the lovely rooms, the hotel's position in the city, the excellent breakfast, the ever so helpful staff: there is no doubt where we would return to next time we are in Luzern! |

The hotel facilities and staff were wonderful especially for a romantic getaway for two. The hotel was not too far from the main train station so it was in a convienent location in the center of the action. While the price was expensive by US standards, it was reasonable for Lucrern and Europe in general. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. |

- Fantastic Location. Helpful Staff. Every room has a fan. Comfortable bed and tub. Free internet. As others mentioned, pedestrian area is difficult to navigate for luggage. 27 CHF for parking/day is steep, but probably standard for area. Street side rooms are noisy. Restaurant much more expensive than ones nearby (although food was good). Had to get internet code from front desk every 24 hours. |
