great location, friendly staff

No information on tourist activities in the rooms nor at the reception. The concierge at the lobby can provide some info, however, we didn't find the person very helpful. Should place leaflets with sightseeings, tours, etc in the rooms

Location & breakfast

Shabby furniture; I didn't find any Hotel Intro in the room, so i had to call receiption to inquire about facilities and breakfast hours; no water in the sauna/pool area, only gym; fixed wall mounted shower is very low, so i could not take a shower fully upright; pool and sauna areas without repair as if from 80-ties.

This hotel is excellent! Good location at the lake, nice rooms (some of which need updating, which they are doing at the moment), good food, excellent service

the bathroom of some of the rooms need to be updated, looks like it's from the '70s - I upgraded and got a very nice bathroom instead.

Only the view but I never see from my room when I book!!

Yes. I booking 5 months ago a room with lake voew and not smoking room
and the y gave to me ,smoking room & park view, and I make a complaims
to resepions and the answear whan I received is , the fulk is the
intrent company when I choose is not good and is will better conduct
direct with the hotel.
