Food & beverage

In 1951, the bar 'le coq rouge' was inaugurated by Mr. Bernard D'Alleves. In 1997 a meeting spot was opened.

Around 1955, the opening of restaurant 'le Mazot' marked the life of Mr. D'Alleves. His sole aim being to please his guests and their various tastes, he managed to create a genevian and international meeting spot. Keeping its style and high level of service, the restaurant does not cease to awaken the curiosity of the people of Geneva and the entire world.

The location & rooms were excellent

I always stay in the hotel & I really like it, but I think they should
have a new lift, as the one available is old,small & very often out of
service & the rate is really high for the hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff

Room was a bit dated. Did not like the carpet and soft furnishings. Had viewed a much more modern room and was disappointed with the room allocated for my stay

It was in a great position just set back from the lake, easy walking distance from the station and lots of cafes and restaurants and was great value - I spent a long time trying to find a suitable hotel and D'alleves was by far the cheapest in the bracket I was looking at (four star). Our room was fantastic with a spacious modern bathroom. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I had a lovely room on two levels in the loft space! Minimally furnished but quite stylish. The hotel is very well located in a fairly quiet area, easy walk to Cornavin railway station and the old city.
