Free travel passes. Staff were extremely helpful (Roger). Fantastic
location. The hotel was of a high quality.

Room had to be changed due to non-working tv, leak. Took 2 hours to move
us & we weren't contacted with updates. Staff were extremely apologetic.
This was probably a freak occurence.

reasonably priced with good location, free access to internet and fair size of balcony

attitude of concierge staff differs largely, some are OK and some people need improvement

Clean, well maintained, very convenient for the station

The neighbourhood around the station is essentially Geneva's red light district, not very pleasant for wandering around at night!

Location is perfect. You can see train station across the street, but not so bad with noise. Stayed on the 4th floor (of 6), maybe that was the reason. There are lots of hotels around, but Warwick seemed one of the best. They even had a porter at the doors.

They do not include breakfast in the price.. That is a disadvantage for a 4 star hotel I think, because the price of the room is pretty high comparing to the prices in Europe, but in Geneva the price is avarage.

Central location

Too expensive for a hotel not on the lake. Television was inoperable for
4 days for the whole hotel out of eight days..not good.

The friendliness of the staff who made us feel very welcome

Only that the promised complementary newspaper failed to materialise on our second day

Your polite and happy faces---the air conditioning everywhere.-- and also the fact that my husband had lost his tie, and you very promptly found it and left it in our room.. Also the main fact that we found your hotel on the web at a reasonable price .

the front line staff are very professional

lack of privacy, especially constant knocking and opening the door even the DND sign was hang outside the door
